field. - Preferably a Licensed Engineer (but fresh graduates may also apply).
- Understanding of refrigeration systems, compressors, and ice production processes.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols and industrial standards.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with internship experience in industrial plants, cold storage, or
manufacturing facilities. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and work under minimal supervision.
Duties and Responsibilities - Assist in monitoring and operating ice production equipment and refrigeration systems.
- Support daily plant operations to ensure efficient ice production.
- Maintain proper documentation of operational logs and reports.
- Assist in conducting preventive maintenance of machines, compressors, and refrigeration systems.
